Pivotree is a digital supply chain partner for enterprise commerce. Implementation of enterprise commerce platforms, PIM/MDM systems, and order management systems. Migration off legacy platforms. Configuration, integration, and go-live. Pivotree has formal partnerships with Shopify, OroCommerce, Fluent Commerce, KIBO, VTEX, Akeneo, EnterWorks, Inriver, Syndigo, Stibo, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure.

Managed Services.

Ongoing operation of commerce platforms, PIM/MDM systems, OMS, and the cloud infrastructure underneath them. Functional Application Support, Cloud Managed Services, Database Administration, Product Catalog Managed Ops.

AI & Agentic Services. Pivotree offers AI-assisted and agentic capabilities across three domains:

  • AI-assisted data services: AI data quality assurance, AI data readiness assessments, AI product data enrichment, AI product data management, AI-assisted catalog management. The primary product in this domain is Ascend Catalog Pro.
  • Agentic Integration Services (AIS): Pivotree’s integration practice, AI-assisted at the build and monitoring layer. Includes fixed-fee integration builds, managed integration subscriptions, and agents that detect and surface integration failures. Sub-offerings: AIS Build, AIS Operate, Free Integration Sprint.
  • Custom AI assistants and agents: Pivotree designs and deploys purpose-built AI assistants and agents to solve specific customer problems in commerce and supply chain operations. These are production deployments, not assessments or proofs of concept.

Integrations. 

Building and operating the integrations between commerce, ERP, OMS, and PIM/MDM platforms. Delivered primarily through Agentic Integration Services (AIS)—fixed-fee, engineer-accountable.

Revenue inflection points around $250M are where our services typically become operationally warranted.
