Set up your implementation for success.
Most PIM and MDM projects don’t fail because the platform was wrong. They fail because the model under the platform was rushed, the governance organization was an afterthought, and nobody was on the hook for the operation after go-live. Strategy work means scoping all three before you commit to a multi-year platform marriage.
Let’s figure out the next step together.
Every PIM/MDM strategy engagement includes:
Platform-agnostic recommendations.
If a platform recommendation is part of the engagement, it's the right one for your operation. We operate on most major PIM and MDM platforms in the market.
A defensible target-state model.
Data architecture, taxonomy, governance, and operating cadence, captured in a deliverable you can put in front of a board, a CFO, or a new CTO without re-explaining it.
A clean handoff to implementation.
Either to our PIM/MDM Implementation practice, to your in-house team, or to a third-party SI. Strategy work that can only be executed by one vendor isn't strategy.
PIM/MDM Strategy & Consulting FAQs
No. We operate the major PIM and MDM platforms—and we know each one’s failure modes from inside the work, not from a sales deck. If the strategy work points toward a platform we don’t operate, we’ll say so. If two platforms are both viable, the recommendation comes down to your operation, not our preferences.
Strategy produces the target state; implementation builds it. Many customers run both with us; many use our strategy work and bring a different partner to implement. Either is fine, the deliverable is yours.
Readiness Assessment runs three to four weeks. Strategy and Blueprint engagements run eight to sixteen weeks depending on scope.
Let’s scope the strategy.
