Syndigo Announces 2023 Americas Partner of the Year Recipients

Industry-leading MDM, PIM, and PXM Provider Recognizes Key Members of it Growing Partner Ecosystem

ATLANTA, GA, United States — Syndigo announced the recipients of the 2023 Partner of the Year awards at the recent Americas Partner Kickoff event held in Chicago. The five partners recognized for excellence in leveraging Syndigo solutions to enable growth through better data management and execution included Accenture, Acosta Group, Credencys, Pivotree, and Thoughtspark.

Syndigo recognized partners across five categories that positively impacted Syndigo solutions implementation and delivery for their enterprise customers.

Syndigo Americas Partner of the Year 2023: Pivotree

Pivotree was recognized as Syndigo Americas Partner of the Year, working collaboratively with Syndigo to deliver value across both new and existing customers. Joint Pivotree and Syndigo customers achieved rapid success that contributed to measurable business impact and growth, including dramatic improvements in data quality and accuracy, and rapid time-to-value for fully integrated MDM and content syndication solutions. Joint customers Truckpro and Purchasing Power are examples of many successful customer stories for Pivotree in 2023.  

Syndigo Americas National Impact Partner of the Year 2023: Acosta Group

The Americas Impact Partner of the Year Award recognized the contribution of a partner that worked continuously throughout the year to deliver industry best practices, thought leadership, and customer impact across Syndigo’s ecosystem. Acosta Group was awarded the National Impact Award for helping customers to drive success with Syndigo’s syndication and digital shelf analytics offerings. Acosta Group was instrumental in publicly sharing industry best practices and thought leadership across Syndigo’s customer and partner ecosystem, delivering both a positive impact for Syndigo customers and deeper insights into the challenges and opportunities faced in the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods industries.

Syndigo Americas Emerging Partner of the Year 2023: Credencys

The Americas Emerging Partner of the Year was awarded to the partner that worked to rapidly build a robust and capable Syndigo practice that repeatedly delivered value for Syndigo customers. Credencys was named Americas Emerging Partner of the Year for its results in rapidly building and scaling a Syndigo practice, training and certifying resources, executing thought leadership benefitting the Syndigo customer ecosystem, and creating industry solutions that drove customer success.  

Syndigo Americas Influencer Partner of the Year 2023: Accenture

Accenture received the award for Syndigo’s Influencer Partner of the Year. The award recognized a partner that collaborated on several global strategic customer engagements, leveraging the broad capability of centers of excellence to positively impact Syndigo’s ecosystem. Accenture notably committed to global centers of excellence that connect its skills in content syndication and digital shelf analytics, with its PIM and MDM skilled resources. These integrated capabilities enabled Accenture to significantly influence Syndigo’s ecosystem across several successful customer engagements.

Syndigo Americas Delivery Partner of the Year 2023: Thoughtspark

The Delivery Partner of the Year Award recognizes a partner that has demonstrated a commitment to the health and growth of the Syndigo partner ecosystem. Thoughtspark was recognized for its commitment to Syndigo customer success by helping to enable the practices of many Syndigo partners, and positively contributing to product feedback and implementation best practices. Thoughtspark was highlighted for bringing both depth and breadth of experience across the Syndigo platform as well as a variety of industry scenarios and use cases.

Syndigo Partner Award winners were announced February 8, 2024 at the company’s annual Partner Kick-Off event in Chicago.
