Data Assessment Disclaimer

Neither completion of an assessment form, nor the ongoing discussions and correspondence between us, shall constitute or imply any promise or intention by Pivotree to provide any assessments, products, services or any commitment with respect to any other present or future transaction. Determination of your eligibility for any assessments, including but not limited to data health assessments, is subject to Pivotree’s sole and entire discretion. If, in the future, we elect to enter into binding commitments relating to any transaction, such commitments will be explicitly stated in a separate written agreement executed by both you and Pivotree.  You agree that you shall never bring any action against Pivotree alleging any such promise, or premised upon the present or future speculative value of the business of Pivotree, or seeking any remedy for consequential or exemplary damages.
